Hi! Welcome to PE2K! Well, your team seems good to me, the only thing I'd change is the moveset of Gyarados. Gyarados' not a very good special attacker, so making 'em use special attacks like Ice Beam will not be a good idea. Try making your Gyarados learn physical attacks like Waterfall and Earthquake instead. Sorry if this wasn't much help. xD'

Merph. I think, instead of changing GYARADOS' moveset, I'll just EV train it in Sp. Atk. Afterall, the current moves are all high-power, mostly status changers with great accuracy. Gyarados and Gengar are my annoiers.
