Great ability, a pity it's movepool is pathetic. It's entire special movepool consists of Leaf Storm, other Grass moves, Hidden Power, Twister, and Hyper Beam. The best way of making use of it is as a boosting SubSeeder.

Yeah i'm feeling the Hyperbeam Dw Serperior as long as it has high pyhiscal attack or sp.attack i forgot what hyperbeam was.

Hyper beam= Garbage. Base 150 Normal types special attack, user must recharge for a turn after use. That lets your opponent come in and rape you, or set up on you.
