Leaf Storm or Frenzy Plant?

I had to choice between both moves recently.

My Serperior had Leaf Storm, but it was giving me some trouble throughout the game. So when I found the ultimate move-tutor at Route 13, I quickly asked him to teach Frenzy Plant to Serperior!

Frenzy Plant looks cooler then it is. Low pp for a plant move is like two strikes against you.

With Leaf Storm, you don't have to waste another turn to recharge. But at the same time, Leaf Storm reduces the user's Sp. Attack. I would recommend Grass Knot.

No, Grass Knot is weak!

Grass Knot is a move that damage is decided by the opponents weight. The heavier the opponent the stronger the move.

A good move for me is that which causes a lot of damage on every kind of Pokemon instead most on fat ones.

A lot of the ones it is good against though are heavy :/ And Serperior has other moves, too.

My Serperior (non competitive) has Leech Seed and Giga Drain for health, Leaf Blade for a strong hit, and Coil to help with everything else. Leaf Blade is a good move ^^ It hits everything hard :/

I think I'll start again my journey with Tepig or Oshawott instead building a good moveset for Serperior. After all, I think that Serperior is the worst starter in five generation. His moveset will include basically grass and normal moves, and nothing else that will surprise your foes.
