Well, Eeveelutions has my vote. It was a hard choice though. I liked Zodeon's sprite as well, looks really crisp. Lastly, Snorldeo gets a shout out for being plain hilarious.

I love Snorldeo! It's so plump and happy :O I have to vote for it. xD

Zodeon's scratch sprite is awesome, really well done!

Yuukei's Pichu is really creative. What a great idea to make Keldeo into armor!

I love Eeveelutions' sprite too, very creative and well put together.

And GS's fusion is flawless!

Basically, EVERYONE did a really good job! Too bad I could only vote for one!
