meanwhile... Brandon who had his pokemon taken from him was competely disgusted... he has 2 prime suspects... 1 over the other... 1 was lt. surge, the other was Misty... though he doubted it was her... those were the only 2 who he had been around when he went searching for misty. He hoped he got released soon so he could tell the others, Brandon kept thinking "Guess Burny aint going to bust me out of this one"
he chuckled a little at this thought though it wasent really funny

"Are you saying that the gym leader of this town planted a stolen pokemon on you ?"

TDL and the others overhear her yelling.

Brandon argues back at her... "it had too be... no one could have done besides misty... and i have grown quite close to her... I had made surge mad by pointing out a rude comment he said to me... he could have wanted revenge... please belive me.. .i am innocent, my freinds will back up my story, TDL, was with me the whole time except with the run in with surge."

Quinn was squeezing an empty Poke Ball. First, the shipwreck. Now, it's Brandon. He had gotten a stolen Poke Ball planted onto him.

'What about him...?' Quinn thought to himself. "Could it have been that man on the ship?"

Officer Jenny now getting more upset.
"Son, you cant seriously want me to investigate a gym leader who has been such a pillar to the community ! I however can not hold you for more then 24 hours, if you post bail you will be free but I wouldnt get comfortable it wont take me more then a day to get the papers needed to lock you up with the rest of the pokemon thieves. Now if evidence were to brought to light then we would look into it."

Jenny walks out the room slamming the door behind her.
