Dream World Abilities

I haven't played a pokemon game in a while and I've order white online and have a few questions about the dream world abilities, as well as opening this question into a discussion.

Q: When a Pokemon Evolves does it's ability change? For example does a Dratini with Marvel Scale from the dream world evolve into a dragonite with Marvel Scale?

And as for the discussion;

Discussion: Which of the pokemon that can recieve dream world abilities do you think benefits most?

Dream World abilities can change when Pokemon evolve if the next form can't have that ability.

Dragonite's hidden Dream World ability is not Marvel Scale, but Multiscale. So if you evolve a Dratini with Marvel Scale into Dragonite, the ability will change to Multiscale.

I'm not sure about the best DW ability, but I think Bulbasaur with Chlorophyll is awesome!

The top two seem to be the weather changers. So Vulpix and Poliwag who get Drought (Constant Sun) and Drizzle (Constant Rain (Politoad only)) seem to have benefitted massively from their DW abilities.

I'm currently Breeding DW monsters and got my Female Dratini after over a week of Dream Worlding for her lol There are a lot of good monsters to find and don't forget that sometimes the exclusive attacks are just as good, if not better than the abilities. Prime example is Bagon who gets Sheer Force (Becomes Moxie when evolved to Salamence), which seems to be pretty meh. BUT it gets Outrage as a DW exclusive attack.
