I would imagine some characters (Like Abraham) hate the name. Abe's only with the TSB 'cause he bought the same boat as them :P

I would imagine most characters wouldn't like the name too much. They WERE drunk when they did name it, so when they're sober, they're just going to wonder why they thought of THAT. But nevertheless, they named it while they were drunk, so more fun for us!

...And aren't all ship's female by nature?

Now, about that other ship's name...The Blaaaarg (again)? Boat? Wreckage?

But if they are both drunk and stupid, how are they competent?

And I still think S.S. Other Ship is the best one.

Simple. Only a few of them knew how to read and write and do math, etiquite and all that other stuff. So, by those terms, they are very stupid. Also, only a handful (about a sixth of all of the Skythunder Blades) know how to pilot a ship and take care of it and all that (and have to teach the rest). Being Minieran, all of them are naturally geniuses at tactics, fighting, building, crafting weapons, ect...But, most have not trained in any of the above (and the few that have, realistically, trained in only one or two of the above), and a Minieran that trains is still better than one that doesn't.

In short, in a lot of aspects and with a few exceptions, most are about as clueless as the next guy, even when sober. By a Minieran's standards, they are completely stupid in even more aspects. There are several that have other talents or are smart, but really...They're pretty stupid as a whole.

And just so there's no confusion, feel free to make your character whatever, that's just generally the bulk of the NPCs of Skythunder Blades.

...Again, Wreckage? Boat? Anyone like either?

Although their official names could be stuff like 'Virgin of Adventure' or whatever, we could just call it awesome-crap names, like Ship and Other Ship, like Narphoenix suggested. No one would pay attention to the official names, save a few characters :P

I am indeed considering it, however, I am going to wait as the current ratio for characters is tipped already in PE2K's favor. I don't want to tip it further XD

Actually, with all fairness, they were drunk to the point where they were just lucky that they didn't kill themselves by getting into a fight with anyone that would have killed them. I envisioned it as the names of the boats being blank so the owner could name them, and the owner and his crew, in their drunken stupor, scratched the names of 'Ship' onto one and whatever else we decide to call it on the other one. I like 'Ship', but for some reason 'Other Ship' doesn't fit well in my mind for me. I'll give the second ship that name if no other alternative is given.

I'll be simple: Any three people (Including me) agree on any one name, and if the other three don't object outright, it's done. The only other ship with two 'votes' is 'Spirit,' and I'm going to let you guess what that would relate to drunken bums.

Also, one more time, Wreckage, anyone? Think about it: In context, calling a ship a wreckage is an insult to the ship (and probably it's crew). Having the other ship named Wreckage means it's-

I like the name 'Spirit' if my vote hasn't already been cast :P

Honestly, I'll go for any good name. Not something like "OHMAHGERSHUSSENTERPRISE" or anything, but a logical name will work fine

Then the name would either have to be bad enough to avoid calling it by that name, or else Solomon will be officially annoying.

And yes, Sheepat, just saying you like it or it's acceptable or other things akin to that (or suggesting it) is going to work.

Solomon's annoyingness is a main part of his personality, Latio. He makes great use of it.
