Methods for getting through the game.

Well its officially three of B/W 2 Release. Some of you havent beaten the game, others are around gym 5 or 4 and my question to you is how do you do it?? Playing through pokemon takes me weeks upon weeks. I normally have two groups of pokemon trained for battlig gym leaders.
Do you skip level grinding during your first run through? Do you just keep a set group with you that way you dont have to worry about leveling up new pokemon ? What is your method to getting through the game so damn fast !

I finished the game last night.
I spent every waking minute playing the game.
I fought every trainer that came my way, and used EXP Share and Lucky Egg to level up my Pokemon quickly.
I pretty much kept one team throughout the whole thing.
