Don't give current sets. Give projected sets. That way, you don't have to raise up another poke

Attach leftovers. Breed leech seed over Agility, detect or doubleteam over Solarbeam, and put dragonclaw or toxic over Gigadrain.

Lesson No. 1: NEVER GET RID OF RECOVER! Put surf over Blizzard, and breed either confuse ray, mirrorcoat, or put attract, toxic, or rain dance over hydropump.

Do you have ruby or sapphire? If you have ruby, put extrasensory over psychic. If you don't, keep psychic, put calm mind over psybeam, and shock wave/shadowball over magic coat. As another suggestion: put rest or Reflect over c-ray. Attach either leftovers, or chestoberry if you go with rest.

Put earthquake over Metal claw, double edge over take down,Aerial ace over Iron tail, and roar over Iron defense. Attach either quick claw or leftovers

Put rest over rage. Drill peck over Fly, and breed on haze over fury attack. Attach... leftovers/focus band/bright powder.

Ability? Go for natural heal if you can. With that said, Cosmic power over Camouflage, rest over recover (natural heal takes care of that), and psychic/thunderbolt/icebeam/toxic over dive. Attach leftovers or focus band.

I see a 3x weakness to water/ice, and to bug.

Thanks, but Im not planning on making my milotic an annoyer...or whatever its called...since I have noone to play with, I only go against the computer...

[Pocket]

Most of the times having more than two offensive move with the same type are bad. A move that charges is also bad. Solar Beam and Giga Drain, should be elliminated from Sceptile's set. Sceptile is fast enough, Agility is unnecessary. Leech Seed, Dragon Claw, and Crunch over that. Dragon Claw and Crunch takes care of one of the most commonly seen types: Ghost, Psychic and Dragon. Namely Dusclops, Alakazam, Starmie, and Salemence. Leech Seed on a sweeper, may not sound right, but works.
