and anyway not all legendaries are two types, Mewtwo, Mew, the 3 legendary dogs, Regis, Kyogre, Groudon and Deoxys have one type only. (see an awful lot of pokemon with only one type?

Well I think we need more psys. They are the strongest and not many people can stand up to a L100 psy and say they lived. Also , I bet you that deoxys is a psy type because he looks like he has been man made. I mean look at him, he looks like a strip of DNA. NOW TELL ME THATS NOT MAN MADE.Mewtwo was man made and he was psy

i dun see any reasons for banning him, he did not break any rules.

and man made? i dun think so. In the 7th movie, they say it come from space.
