Mostly everyone always asks that question! As mentioned before, the Pokemon will still be Shiny after it evolves, but it might change to a different Shiny color.
Ex.: Shiny Poliwag: Light Blue
Shiny Poliwhirl: Light Blue
Shiny Poliwrath: Dark Purple.
