Question Sig in posts?

Some people have their sigs in their posts. I have it so it hides signatures. But for some reason certain people's sigs are in the post. Is this a bug or something or are they just copy and pasting their sigs in the post?

That makes no sense to me, really... At first it did. =\

You cannot turn off everyones sigs, if that's what you're talking about.. (Well as far as I know, you can't.)

I don't exactly know what you're talking about here.

There is a way to make signatures not veiwable.

Care to show me an example? Because if people are posting random images and text into their posts, that would be considered junk posts, and that would result in warnings/temp bans.

Just so you know, and everyone else wondering... to not view any signatures at all, just go to User CP, then Edit Options. You'll see a Thread Display Options, and under Visible Post Elements, you can uncheck viewing of signatures (as well as avatars and images).

Poketrainer Chez seems to do it a lot.

I don't think they do it on purpose though, they probably just don't understand how to insert a sig.

If someone doesn't know how to add a sig, just direct them to the Forum Guide. Actually, I updated the Avatar/Sig FAQ in there just yesterday, due to the forums system changing slightly from when it was made, as well as an expired avatar screen.

You're right though; they don't seem to be doing it purposely. At most, they should be warned.
