Where do you get Licktung in Silver?
At Bill's Sea Cottage above Cerelen City, his grandpa says that Bill says that you would show the old man a pokemon with a long tounge. I know thats Licktung, but I cant seem to find one.....

I think you can find lickitung on route 44.

If you go to mahogany and go right onto route 44 (I think) and swim across to the small patch of grass in the middle, you will find lickitung in there.
