Er, I don't mean to rip into anyone, but ROMs technically aren't illegal. If you own the original cartridge, they are counted as backups, which by law are not illegal. If you do not own the original cartridge, it is, indeed, illegal.
Emulators aren't illegal either. It all depends on if you own the original cartridge or not. But, I can safely assume you do not own the original cartridge. So NO. No ROMs. : Done. :
