Pokemon NetBattle is a program you use on your computer to battle other people online. Downloading and using the program is entirely free. Do I need to train/raise/capture my Pokemon? No, the program is designed for battling only, so you do not need to train, raise, or capture your Pokemon. You set a team of Pokemon and their moves, and your team is not permanent, you can change it as many times as you like. How does the battling work? It works just like the Pokemon games, each Pokemon has four moves, and you battle as usual. The main difference is you're using the program to battle online with other people.
