Raichu is better-looking in my opinion and definately plays better (though is still pretty weak).

You should have put Pichu on this poll too.

Pikachu is better. It can hold the Light Ball. However, it's stats suck. But everyone likes it.

Neither, because honestly, the Pikachu family is one of my least favorite lines in the game. Just saying....

I don't know, I tend to avoid the generic, popular choices and beliefs. I'm just a freak, but I can't stand Pikachu or Raichu...
