TVT vs Omis: Five-round Spriting Challenge

Omis's Choice: Scratch a Masquerain.

ROUND THREE (Jan. 10-17)
TVT's Choice: Scratch a Toritodon. (D/P slug thingy evo)

ROUND FOUR: (Jan. 18-25)
Omis's Choice: Scratch a Weavile.

Shape (x/10): The outline, general shape, anatomy, and pose of the pokemon.
Shading (x/10): Colors, shading, and any strange issues the shading may have.
Show: (x/10): Overall impression of the sprite.

Foolish me, I've underestimated you. XD You've gotten much better. :] Awesome pose.

Please let me know if you have an argument to my results:

TVT:

Shape (6.5/10): You gave some good attention to the anatomy of the Pokemon itself, but the form is unnatural. I don't know how a Pokemon could lunge like that, and if it were to, it's arms would not fly back with it's legs. Try it, it's hard. If the elbows were to bend or the arms to go forward, it wouldn't feel AS awkward. The outline in the front of the face feels odd, but the rest is quite detailed. A few more fixes could have been made to the hand and tail as well, but most of the outline is shaped well.
Shading (7.5/10): It felt too cell shaded at the bottom, badly contrasting the dithering at the tip below the iceberg. The outlines of the iceberg could use some shading themselves, but I do see some nice techniques.
Show: (7/10): Some problems, didn't wow me.

Total: 21.5

Omis:

Shape (7.5/10): You got the anatomy down pat, but it bores me. I don't really feel like there is much expressed in this sprite, it feels like a model. Maybe an open mouth or an un-planted foot would have brought more action or feeling into it.
Shading (8/10): The dithering is very well done, and I don't see much overshading, or much wrong with the shading that is there. The one thing that got on my nerves was that some areas had dark outlines that could have realy been lightened, and the iceberg's highlighted outline could really be a shade darker, it barely looks outlined.
Show: (8.5/10): Very proffessional, just too modeled.

... OMG. I was wondering why you hadn't been on lately. You're not still on me about the comic thing, are you? And you can post a judgement on the sprites yourself if you want, but it won't change the results or anything.
