Eitherways, you have Sableye, Wailord and Breloom right? Lucy uses Seviper, Milotic and Shuckle. In a way, you have a Pokemon that wins them, for example;
Sableye > Seviper
Wailord > Shuckle
Breloom > Milotic.

However, your given movesets prevent you so. Personally, Sableye, Breloom and Wailord don't help each other much, as they all have low Defenses.

I would suggest firstly, are you sure you want to use these? I think you should swap Sableye with a Pokemon capable of dealing good damage, like a Ground-type? I personally suggest Flygon as it has good resistances against Seviper.

Next, Breloom could stay, but I suggest using a more Special attack oriented Grass type. Roselia is an average choice if you are desperate. However I suggest Vileplume or Bellosom. Best of all, if you have Sceptile... use it.

Wailord is a bit... meh. It has low defenses, in both Special and Physical. If you need a water Pokemon, I suggest Ludicolo. If not, you might want to train up Lanturn or Gorebyss.

I am not that great of a Pokemon team suggester, but I believe the above might help, even a little. ^_^

Alright... Sableye, if you really want to use it, try breeding it with something who can use Recover, hatching a Sableye with Recover. Sableye is fast enough to take advantage of Recover, most of the times.

Houndoom is WAYYYYY better than Solrock. However, after EV-training one Houndoom based on Sp.Atk and Spd... if you don't swipe fast, you die fast. Its maxmium defenses I think was... well it didn't touch 180, for both Special or Physical. Eitherways, it is a great Pokemon worth considering. Solrock... meh...

Yeap, good luck!
