OK. I think when you challenge the E4, your pokemon should be in the mid 50s. My recomendations are:

1. Train your pokemon in Victory Road.
2. When you battle the E4, make sure you have about 15 revives and about 20 full restores, just in case.

Yep your pokemon should be at least level 53-58 in the E4. And also bring some max elixers so you can use your moves more.

I'll PM you for that and also some tips use blastoise to beat lance, zaptos for lorelili, and if one of your pokemon knows a dark move then use it on agatha. She's pretty hard.

Cool Re: How To Train Pokemon for Elite 4

if u go to my thread rate my pokemon team that i made in this game posting u can see my team
1.lapras lvl78
2.arcanine lvl77
3.tyranitar lvl78
4.venasaur lvl76
5.pidgeot lvl76

wat i did for training:
1. the number one thing to train against is obviously the elite four. the first time u battle, u should have legendaries with u and lots of revives and hyper potions and full heals. battle and beat them abut 3-5 times untl ur main pokemon (non-legendary) are high levels. take out ur legendaries and beat the elite four 2-4 times with ur regu;lar pkmn. once they are high enough levels to keep beating the elite four, just keep challenging them(i know it gets old, but its worth it, my party is a power house)
2. use exp. share while in elite four or in any battle
3. kepp using the vs seeker on 5 specific trainers just them so they're pkmn progress in stregnth faster
4. store all f your pkmn in the pc storage unti except one and focus on training 1 pkmn at a time

the key is patience, it takes a while but like i said its worth it. ive beaten the elite four about 38 times plus i used the vs seeker on the trainers on the sevii islands too which are prbably the best to use on

good luck
