jirachi
how do you get a jirachi i got 3 jirachis, 2 non shiny, 1 shiny but i want to know how to get him for my friend

Jirachi is available only from the Pokemon Colloseum Bonus Disk or from the UK/Aus version of Pokemon Channel. There's no other way except using cheating devices.
