Where do I find the second password to the team rocket warhouse? Where do I find the second gem other then the ruby for Celio?

Go on 6 Island and go down from the pokemon center, then go to the dotted whole (use the town map if you need to find where it is). then use cut on the door, it will open and u'll see the gemstone and a rocket will take it and tell u the password, go bak to the warehouse and defeat team rocket!

ok i went to the dotted whole and open the door and there was no team rocket person so what do i do now?

After you use cut on the door there is supposed to be a gem inside that you are supposed to try and take. When you approach it someone is supposed to steal it and tell you the Password.

i cnat use cut on the door cuz some ***hole scientist wont get out of my way thats what i need help with, what do i have to do/who do i have to beat to get him to move so i can use cut on the door and get inside!

lol i did he says try not to be envious that he discovered this place and so on, i dunno what i missed its really infuriating tho, i back tracked to the other islands and i cant find anything i may have missed

k i googled it and i think its cuz at icefall cave i didnt run into loralie i guess im suppose to help her with somthing but i cant find her where is she at??

Ice fall cave in Island four. Its the only cave there.
