emerald ver.- groudon & kyogre?
i've heard groudon and kyogre - at level 70 - are in emerald version, but i cant find them!
i heard they're in moving caves on certain routes, but i have seen no trace of them. i already beat the pkmn league like 40-some odd times, but people are telling me that you need to beat the league! i have....... does anyone have any answers for me?

Go to the weather institute. Talkto everyone. One of them will say something along the lines of: The sun is bright on route blabatyblah. Go to the route that he said and you will find a cave and Groudon will be inside. After you catch him then go back to the weather institute and talk to the same guy. This time he will say that it is raining hard on some route. GO to that route and dive. Underwater there will be another cave. You can battle Kyogre in that cave.
