Pokemon Diamond/Pearl: Box Art Revealed!

Nintendo revealed the box arts for Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl (as seen above). The box arts for the games are identical to the Japanese version (the only difference is the English text used instead of Japanese). It's revealed that the English names of the two legendaries are the same as the Japanese names. Pokemon Diamond is represented by Dialga, with the diamond shape on its chest, has dominion over time. Pokemon Pearl is represented by Palkia, with pearl insets on its shoulder, the power to warp space.

No, it's always been a DS game, games don't really change format from their japanese verisons :)

Not much to say since it is basically the same box art as japan. Wish they would expand on puting more then a legendary on the front though, like add a picture of the trainers and starters instead.

The reason they don't is because the legendaries(except R/B/Y and FR/LG) represent the game.

I like the box art, but all they did was translate it from Japanese to English.

Well, that seems to be what alot of people wanted :\. But I think boxart has been like that for a long time now. Pokemon art normally stays mostly the same from Japan to the US :)

Man I want to get Daimond(Doesn't really matter but I like the beast on Daimond better XD)

Now I need to know more infor about the new legendaries like should I really use a master ball(Hopefully they should have one in the game).

I don't know. I wouldn't like it if I lived in England and someone in your school that you know had a trip to USA and bought Pokemon Diamond and came back and rubbed it in your face. I feel bad for you.
