Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
-Charm
-Return
-Shadow Ball
-Torment
First I use Torment, then Charm a few times. Return or Shadow Ball depends on who I'm dealing with.

Espeon(F)@Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
-Calm Mind
-Hidden Power [Water]
-Morning Sun
-Psychic
Calm Mind a few times, then attack with Psychic or HP. MS to heal.

Breloom(F)@Salac Berry
Trait: Effect Spore
EVs: 129 HP/252 Atk/129 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Bulk Up
-Hidden Power [Rock]
-Mach Punch
-Spore
Similar to Espeon, except I something Spore before I use Bulk Up. Mach Punch to hit Normals/Steels/Rocks/Darks first, or HP for Fires and Flyers.

Aggron(M)@Chesto Berry
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
-Earthquake
-Rest
-Rock Slide
-Thunder Wave
Thunder Wave first, then Rock Slide away. Earthquake if the opportunity presents itself and Rest for healing (may replace it with Iron Defense, though).

Hypno(M)@Shell Bell
Trait: Insomnia
EVs: 129 HP/129 Spd/252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
-Safeguard
-Seismic Toss
-Skill Swap
-Toxic
Safeguard to keep poison/paralysis/sleep at bay, and then Toxic. Skill Swap for those with good abilities (sure ruins the resters!). Seismic Toss for the purpose of an attacking move.

Trait: Suction Cups
EVs: 252 HP/129 SAtk/129 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
-Flamethrower
-Haze
-Surf
-Thunder Wave
I needed a Hazer pretty badly.

Persian: I don't see how Torment would help you. Hypnosis over it.

Espeon: For HP Water, DVs = 30 for everything except for Speed and Special Defense to maintain its Speed. 8/0/228/252/20/0, Timid Nature. I think the Defense EPs would make Moon Light more useful. It's Special Attack is 300, which is high enough, and Special Defense is boosted with Calm Mind.

Breloom: I use Leech Seed, Sky Uppercut, Spore, Substitute. Pretty good. Leech Seed can drain Ghosts too. 44/212/0/252/0/0, Jolly Nature.

Aggron: Earthquake/Substitute, Focus Punch/Roar, Rock Slide, Thunder Wave. 220/68/220/0/0/0, Adamant Nature.

Hypno: Rest over Safeguard. Counter, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Thunder Wave/Toxic is also a fun option. 228/72/96/0/72/40, Sassy Nature for the fun set. 228/0/252/0/0/28, Sassy Nature for the first one.

Vaporeon, Weezing, Crobat are the Hazers that I recommend. Your Aggron can phaze too.

I usually use hp ghost on breloom, but hey whatever you want.
I use a similiar hypno set : P skill swap is fun.. because you have it put rest over safeguard, not only can you rest off that damage, but when you switch it back in insomnia wakes it up.

and the point of torment is to make it attack with lowered stats, hypnosis wouldn't work because she already has spore, in a slp clause environment 2 sleeping moves don't work out so well.

yeah I think pocket covered the rest pretty well, vaporeon as a hazer wouldnt be a bad idea. If you want a set I'm not familiar with it on rs, but I think I could come up with something.
