Calm down its just data its not the end of the world, restart your game and get over it because your old game file anit coming back and who knows your new game may (if not will) become better than your old one

Don't worry about it, i had to restart times, before knowing i could get more than of each HM, now i have a Blastoise that knows protect, so im happy!
