Final Thoughts Well, it's finally over, and I was too lazy to do the final standings, ha ha. So sue me >_<. Well, this last IBT was actually very well done IMHO in terms of participation, especially since all the battles were done in round 1! PokemonElite2000 did not live up to expectations, but the battles were very close, and losing that one win was crucial since they did have the KOs to match. Serebii performed better than expected, considering there's no really affirmation that they recognize Netbattle as a valid online battling simulator. PokeCommunity overcame much adversity and takes home the championship, what a great sight to behold, considering they had some trouble scrapping a team of five. All in all, a successful tournament, and perhaps IBT 2 will rise around Christmas, so prepare to defend your honour against some old and maybe even new forums, PC! (Serebii may or may not participate next time, since it's impossible to make a thread about tournaments there without being locked for no reason). And that's it!
