To start this off, I'll go ahead and post such a team that was made earlier, in the wrong board, for the courtesy of:
i beat the elite four my first time no re tries pure luck and i only depended on my empoleon. all the rest were just distractions so i could heal my empoleon

The Elite Four were easy. My team were levels 60-66 and I only used 1 Max Revive and several Hyper Potions over the whole thing.

The only problem I had was Cynthia's Milotic. I had my Luxray use Spark, and because it is a Special Attack, Milotic reflected it right back at me with Mirror Coat and Luxray fainted.

Also, they always use Full Restores >.> Like if you attack a Pokemon and it almost faints, they will revive it. Just accept it, you're going to lose. Reviving won't help you now.

That's not totally true. I beat the Elite Four with a Team that everyone was lvl 47. So you don't have to have Pokemon be a certain level, but a higher level certainly helps your chances in beating them.

I would recommend getting your Pokemon to level 50 for a start, and then maybe up to 55. Personally, I think 60 is a good number but I'm a training freak so...
