Re: Water choice?
Yes, I would definately train Magikarp to evolve to a Gyarados which overpowers Seaking. So there you go

Re: Water choice?
NOOOO! DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT TRAIN A GYARADOS! It has LOW sp. attack, and the worst thing is that most of its attacks are special attacks...NEVER IN YOUR WHOLE LIFE TRAIN A GYARADOS! It may have a higher attack than seaking, but seaking has higher special attack, which is what you want coming from a water pokémon, it's not like you want a wimpy special attacker when you're planning to teach it hydro pump or something...seaking is ok, but I recommend you use Milotic or another good special attacker...BUT GYARADOS!? O_o;;;;;

Re: Water choice?
Well you CAN make a Gyarados, just make sure not to make it a special sweeper. Give it moves like Dragon Dance and Earthquake or something.

OMG, you are just about retarded. Can you say TMs? Lets see, give it Dragon Dance and Taunt, then TM Earthquake, Hidden Power:Flying or Return. That is quite possibly the n00biest post I have ever seen. You obviously don't know how to use the King of the Seas.
*dies laughing*
Go for Gyrados. Don't listen to him. If you want a Psychic killer in FrLg, go for Seaking. He can learn Megahorn ^_^. Dai Mewtwo, Celebi, Alakazam.
