Default stat boosting items question

Is it better to use Carbos and stuff at a low level or at high level?

Try to give the pokemon vitamins at the lowest level possible. So right after you hatch the egg of the pokemon you want to EV train. The lower level that you max out the pokemon with vitamins the better his stats will be when you max them out.

*ehem*

Rules here are that you don't post in a thread that is over a week old (or appears dead).

...Did you even read the thread? "Don't bump threads over a week old", and what do you do? bump one over 3 months old. And if you look around hard enough, you'll find somewhere else on the net that would tell you.
