yeah unless you recieve it from the gts and trade it without leaving the building you can't trade them.

yeah i had one of thoese at lv 3 they scammed me so when you get one release it to the wild then find it again then catchit

You can trade Mew 9 and under GTS if you receive them and they are in your party.
