About lightning-rod
I've got a Rhyhorn with lightning-rod, but I don't know how does it works.
I was using my Ninetales{Hellfire by the way} on my first spot and my Rhyhorn on my third spot, then a Magnemite attacked my Hellfire with Spark and I thought that Rhyhorn's ability should draw Magnemite's Spark and then that move shouldn't cause any damage to my Hellfire but it DIDN'T! Why's that?  Another question, Can anybody tell me how pokemon natures works?

Well, it could be one of two reason:
1) It functions like Drought and Drizzle, meaning you must send Rhydon out first. 2) It only works during 2-On-2 Battles. As for Natures, they affect the stat gains of your Pokemon.
