True critical hit ratios?
Alright, this has been on my mind for a very long time, and I want to propose having critical hits be enabled for all attacks, like it is in the game. Maybe this could be an additional clause or something? Discuss.
By the way, Mana has the whole Critical Hit thing explained here...

First of all, how/why did you get unbanned? O.o
Secondly, I think that most people treat it the same way as the small chance for every attack to miss, we just don't bother with it, more work for a refs and just annoying on the off chance that it works, XD

As far as critical hits.... I've adocated for them since I started reffing, that said, I really don't mind which way the URPG goes on this.

Well, it should still be an option to add more realism to the game. Maybe it should be added as an optional clause?

That was probably because the move had a CH ratio. :/

I've always wondered if we should add this or not, as this would add some interesting chance of mess to your/your opponents strategy.

Dude, I've been thinking about that too. I haven't really been missing them particularly, but I always wondered why they weren't in here.

The move was Cross Poison which has a high CH ratio :/

Yes it is part of the game. Thus, should be added. Along with Farfetched's Stick. I know in game Night Slash Crits more in game than in URPG. Plus, when Focus Energy is applied Crit Ratio's rise. The small miss chance also should be added if it can.
