I would love to make it an official rule that if a Ad spammer who was banned returns to ad spam again, all PE2K members are invited to spam their forum back as much as they want without risking any punishment here.

Now that would get them to really stop.

I know of another site that did this... and needless to say, it was quite effective...

That's not setting a good example for others to follow. It's actually quite immature to handle the situation that way. While the advertiser may not follow/understand the rules here, it's not fair to go over to his/her place and do the same thing.

Charbok - Put yourself in the other person's shoes for a minute. A member here goes to another forum to advertise PE2K, spamming or whatever... so by your logic, that forum should now send their members to spam us up?
