Mind Reader, Lock-On etc...

I am posting this just to try and solve some confusion. Moves such as Lock-On make OHKO moves like Horn Drill have 0% accuracy not 100% as some people are lead to believe. I would like someone to like confirm this with me for the benifit of all. Thanks

Basically, after the use of Mindreader/Lock on, the next move will hit without fail (exluding prz, protect, attract, confusion, sub, fly, dig etc)

What dap just said is true.
Just adding something extra:
So far, at least to the GSC versions, Poliwrath was the only pokémon able to do that. Mind Reader + Fissure.
I ignore if there are more pokemon like that in the RS versions, but I bet it's Sheer cold, right?

That's also stated on the same page. Pokemon in the URPG are all the same level, so this does not apply here. But maybe that's what caused your confusion, KoL?

I was not confused, I was told by many people that it makes OHKO moves have 0% acc. Thats all. I thin you misunderstood my post.
