Default Tri-Types?

Do you think there should be Like, to me, it would be very difficult trying to find weaknesses.

I think that tri-typed pokemon would be annoying. There would probally be more pokemon with no weaknesses, and it would be harder to remember the pokemon's types.

IMO it'd be useless, since they'd either be overpowered, or have some massive 6x weakness that makes trying to use them pointless anyways.

True. A 6x weakness is worse than having more resistances.

Especially if use those pokemon in a Wifi battle, you'll be creamed in no time.

Only certain combinations would be without weaknesses. If anything, the more types you have, you could have more weaknesses too. It all really depends. I doubt triple Pokemon types will exist, though. That would just be too carried away. Then we'll be geting quad types and etc.

Actually, there wouldn't be any without weaknesses. There would just be tons with loads of weaknesses. Anyway, it would make Pokemon way too complicated, and would suck some fun out of it. Also, this should probably have been made into a poll...

It wouldn't be fair, it would have too many weaknesses as well as strengths.

No. Even though there are some pokemon which should have three types, though none come to mind at the moment.

Anyway, while there are about ten thousand Pokemon that need a third type to make sense, it would throw the game way too off balance to even consider playing. On the other hand, a Dragon Gyrados would be awesome, only one count of Ice weakness, and freakin' Dragon Claw.

I don't think I could handle three types. I'd look like my avatar. Trying to keep everything straight would make my brain would hurt too much to play the game. I already have trouble remembering all the dual-types sometimes.

Haha, that's pretty true. Tri types would make the metagame a mental nuisance.
