a confusing question

I get the part about if there is a hack pokemon on a file it changes the games coding right....even if u just traded over the GTS and got a hack its changed your games coding, but what if you had a legit pokemon on a file thats considered hacked and traded it to a game thats never had a hacked on it, does the legit pokemon from the hacked game carry its coding to the untouched games turning it hacked? or since the pokemon was legit to begin with is the file okay despite where it came from.

what happens is the game keeps a careful record of every pokemon starting from when they are caught so if a pokemon just appears some of the record is blank.and nintendo can see that so the answer is no.

So if you had a hacked pokemon/item on the game and you erased it, you'd be good to go? Or would you have to buy a brand new game?
