Zapdos Lv73 : Thunder - Shock Wave - Drill Peck - Fly
Articuno Lv 67 : Ice Beam - Mind Reader - Blizzard
Moltres Lv 64 : Fly - Flame Thrower - Fire Spin - Endure
Lapras Lv 60 : Surf - WaterFall - Ice Beam - Confuse Ray
VenuSaur Lv 63 : Giga Drain - Frenzy Plant - Razor Leaf - Solar Beam
Kadabra Lv 50 : PsyBeam - Psychic - Recover ... It Had Flash When It Tried To Learn Furure Sight

I had Thoughts About Replacing Kadabra With Lv 52 Haunter

Solarbeam without charge, Synthesis to the fullest, kill opponent while it's sleeping, what more can you ask?

Find another move, like Earthquake.

Zapdos, Lapras and Articuno have terrible natures, but not much you can do about that.

Moltres - keep Heat Wave
Lapras - Waterfall over Surf because of your Nature
Tyranitar - EQ, Rock Slide, Dragon Claw, and Shadow Ball if it can learn it

Well When I Use Surf On A Pokemon With the Ability Static He Doesn't Get Paralyzed
But , When I Use WaterFall On A Pokemon With the Ability Static He Does Get Paralyzed
So It Is Physical I SUppose

No it isn't. Static and Rough Skin don't care if the move's physical or special. The moves, that look like they make contact are effected. For example, Bite and Crunch are special in RBYGSCRSE, but they still are effected. And Spark is special, but is still effected, while Thunderbolt isn't. Got it?
