I need help catching Snorunt, where is he??

Snorunt is located in Shoal Cave's Base Floor 2. Snorunt is rare, and is in the base floor where ice covers the floor. It is in the same room that you can find TM 07 (Hail.) Did that help you?

You forgot that if you are on the ice you can't catch him. He evolves into Glaclie.SP

For your final set, you should probably have Rest, Roar/Toxic, Surf, and Ice Beam. Try to get +Special Defense and -Attack personality. EVs into HP, and Special Attack and Defense.
