The Plot

What was supposed to be a remarkable undertaking in the next step for mankind’s expansion resulted only in the destructive uprising of the new war, one that would not stop until there was only one force remaining.

The new dawn had arrived, forged by the union of The United World Order, the main government of the five regions in the Pokémon world. With headquarters in Saffron City, The United World Order brought peace and cooperation to the people of Earth.

Together, the five united regions created the USS Unity, a starship equipped with a device called the Terriformer that had the power to control the weather surrounding it. With this vessel, they hoped to send it to other planets in the solar system, and turn planets that were once barren wastelands into thriving new worlds they could soon populate and begin to construct new colonies. With this, The United World Order hoped to bring the world in jubilation as mankind would now move further into the frontier in what would be a massive undertaking in history.

To power the starship known as the USS Unity, a series of six control disks had been created, each armed with the command codes needed to power the USS Unity to its full potential. Four command disks had the power to start the USS Unity, but all six were needed to power the vessel to ensure maximum performance. Ryan Elite, the president and leader of The United World Order, had given one of these disks to each of his six council members to ensure protection. These six leaders included Boris Morrison, Franz Patterson, Julia Sanchez, Marlene Nabudike, Jake Reso, and Daniel Fisher, all with the knowledge and awareness of Ryan’s actions as well as the presence and power of the USS Unity itself. All six of them took special care of the control disks, knowing they were mission critical to the task at hand.

The night before the USS Unity was to be launched into space, President Ryan Elite had given a speech in Mossdeep City’s Benton Park, the same city where the USS Unity was stationed to launch. During the speech itself, President Elite was shot through the heart by an unknown assailant, immediately unleashing commotion upon the massive crowd, as well as plenty of hostility. Shortly before he died, the last world that left his mouth was “…unity…”

Instantly, the shock of the event was felt throughout the world, and the six council members had fled frantically in different directions for their personal safety. However, all contact with them was instantly lost, and all traces of the command disks as well. After several attempts by the Missing Persons Bureau to locate them, nothing has been found of the six Council Members or the assassin who killed Ryan Elite in cold blood. No one has any idea where they are, who they are with, or if they’re even still alive.

However, there was one element of the USS Unity that was kept secret, or at least until now. Besides the ability to change weather, the USS Unity was also equipped with a tracking device to locate the six mystical Destiny Crystals, powerful relics whose existence was recently discovered by an archeological team as they stumbled upon a lost civilization nearby the ruins of Alph. Upon deciphering a stone tablet at the ruins, they had discovered there were six crystals with extreme power scattered throughout the world in hidden locations. Each crystal was said to be made up of an extremely rare stone compound called Zineshale. After these same archeologists managed to find a small sample of Zineshale based at the ruins, the tracking device within the USS Unity was then programmed to seek out and pinpoint other possible locations of Zineshale throughout the world, hence effectively tracking exactly where the six lost Destiny Crystals were located.

Each Crystal was imbued with a special power. The first of the six was the Crystal of Time, an azure-colored crystal that had the power to slow down, speed up, or even ultimately freeze the passage of time within an entire region. The second of the six was the Crystal of Memory, a topaz-colored crystal that had the power to alter the memory of people and force them to add or forget whatever was in their minds. Third was the Crystal of Transformation, a white colored crystal that was imbued with the power to transform anyone into any living creature that already existed in the world. The fourth crystal was the Crystal of Emotion, a purple-colored crystal which allowed anyone who held the crystal to change the emotions of an entire region of people, allowing them to stir them up in furious anger or spread happiness and goodwill across the region as they saw fit. The fifth of the crystals was the Crystal of Chance, a powerful emerald-colored crystal that had the ability to change the very facets and fabric of reality of the entire world, able to allow the user to make the possible impossible, and the impossible now possible, as long as everyone was affected. Lastly, the final crystal was the Crystal of Energy, which allowed for the transfer of energy from one region to another and making one region stronger than another.

Every crystal except the Crystal of Chance could range as far wide as an entire region or as short as to a single person, as long as the region affected was the same region where the crystal was located upon activation. And lastly, as universal of the Crystal of Chance operates, it still cannot bend or break the powers of the other crystals, leaving that as its only limitation. And as powerful as the crystals are, after a single use they require a full day to recharge their imbued powers before they could be used again.

News of this breakthrough spread like wildfire, and without Ryan Elite or any other main council member of The United World Order to maintain the peace of the world, quickly the situation got out of control and total anarchy broke out among the people. Some of them tried desperately to preserve the order and the law, while others took full advantage for the total lack of regulation. Since the United World Order had fallen, the war was now forged with the question, “Who should be the one to hold the reigns of the world now?” “Who should be the one to determine what is right and what is wrong for the benefit of society in the ways that they see fit?” Time. Only time could ever answer such a question.

The Plot, Continued

Six teams and alliances had emerged, each with their own desires and ideas for how the world should be driven.

The first of these teams was Team Soul, an alliance of a variety of intelligent people focused on preserving the quality and potential of all things. Known for several helpful public projects, these Spirit Warriors had become committed toward the rightful development and evolution of the world around them. That which was evil and was unjust only deserved to be obliterated from the face of the world, having no worth for the new serene dawn that waited for those who saw the light in the era of darkness.

The second team that had surfaced from the darkness was none other than The Central Intelligence of Bionics ORGanization, called C.i.BORG for short. Unable to ever see peace surfacing from the current reign of chaos, it was clear to them that humanity shouldn’t bother trying to instill a sense of peace when clearly conflict has never died down in the first place, and at a time like this, had only become more apparent across the planet. Composed of a group of rebels, C.i.BORG became steadfast in the widespread use of technology, believing that theories of peace should move aside for the new age of machines and technology to rule the world. Even in combat, C.i.BORG uses whatever technology and bionic parts they could fashion to give them the edge in combat by whatever means possible, regardless of their destructiveness. To C.i.BORG, life itself is a worthy sacrifice if it benefits them and their mission to make technology the new ruler of the world of tomorrow.

The third of these alliances to rise up was The Brotherhood of Steel, an independent military group focused on uniting all of the world under the one banner of The Brotherhood. While The Brotherhood recognizes that perfect and definite world peace may never be possible, there is no harm in struggling and fighting for the closest thing possible. In even a dark age such as this, The Brotherhood realizes that even old enemies can become new friends and comrades through honest, firm, and dedicated reform. Rather than bringing these old enemies to death, The Brotherhood believes anyone and everyone can become strong, powerful, and dedicated in the fight for justice as they join their comrades hand in hand in the struggle for a better world.

The fourth team to enter the fray was the Dark Angel Revolution Kingdom, often referred to as D.A.R.K for short, is a team hellbent on achieving peace through whatever means possible, no matter how evil or how dark and malicious their actions appear to be. Often dwelling in secrets and shadows, D.A.R.K is prepared to strike and avenge where any means can justify a peaceful end to the war. However, under that guise of darkness lies a unity of devoted friends, knowing their true purpose with no regard for how the outside world perceives them. Knowing the road to a peaceful unity will be long and hard, D.A.R.K is prepared to take any necessary step to accomplish that goal.

Living and operating in total secrecy is the fifth of these teams, called the Assassin Guild, a team dedicated to stopping any hostile takeover of another team from ruling all of society. Focused on preserving the balance of all things, the Assassin Guild’s objective is to preserve the safety and protection of their fellow man. Unknown to the other teams is their secret and undisclosed base of operations located in the mountains above Rock Tunnel. Using the handed down skills of martial arts and their access to highly sophisticated technology and communications centers are their mains weapons of choice in the war and in the objective of stopping total world takeover.

Lastly, the final team to arise is The Puppeteers, a unity of common and everyday people with the shared beliefs that in order to stop further acceleration of the current war or even the uprising of a future war, a strong and non-democratic government needs to be established. Since The Puppeteers believes people in large groups can never completely decide on a feasible solution together, they feel those choices and decisions should be in the control of a smaller unity, most notably, themselves. Since The Puppeteers realizes fighting directly in the war would be costly, they have taken it upon themselves to employ the tactic of pushing and manipulating the other teams and factions internally to fight against each other, giving them all the reason and desire they need to fully destroy each other while The Puppeteers watch from the sidelines, just waiting for their enemies to crumble so they can take control once the dust has cleared.

It's been a few days since Ryan's assassination. In a dawn of darkness overcome by the tides of despair and uncertainty, the answer and idea for what tomorrow should be and how it should be established is all that lies at the crossroads of battle and chaos. How fate should be decided and how the new world should be lies in the hands of them now.

The rules follow that of any other roleplay (No bunnying, no god-moding). However, if you are familiar with War RPs, the are repurcussions for not following the rules. If you do the impossible, have junky or unnecessary OOC posts, or are disrespectful in any way, you will receive a strike form the RP judge, with or without warning. 3 strikes, and you're out of the game, with an additional 1-5 points deducted from your team as well, depending on the severity. Strikes may be counter-acted if a good, justifiable reason is given, but don't just count on weaseling out of your mistakes. There is also a 300 word minimum requirement and a location (where your character is currently) in a noticeable print before each post.

This roleplay has no basis on any of the previous War Roleplays. This roleplay is based on the current pokemon world shown by both the anime and the gameboy games.

Physical Description: About 5'7 with a generous womanly firgue, dark hair that falls just past her shoulders and large dark eyes to match. She looks pretty much like your average late teen, not someone capable of running such an active organisation as the AG. Her clothes change as often a her hair style, but normally she likes to wear her hair down and to the side so a wave of it partially covers her left eye. Because of the recent good weather she has taken to wearing dresses, her favourite being a simple light pink one with a dark pink border and small flowers printed on it that cuts off just before her knees. However this all changes when on a serious mission where she takes the all black aproach, a pair ot combat trousers and a tight fitting t-shirt with hair tied back and a large belt with her pokeballs, and more noticabley two daggars

Personality:She is a rather playful person, and likes to play tricks and games but has a love of all things living and is firecly loyal to her cause. She does not want to see such beauty of life perish, and that is probably why the leader position was handed down to her rather than one of her sisters for her passion for life was far greater.

History: Born and breed into the AG, Daniella picked up the secretive way of life at an early age, every child within the village being taught fighting skills in the town dojo. One of four sisters, she worked hard to try and set herself apart from the others, but they always seemed to be one step ahead of her. It was common knowledge that her Oldest sister was the favourite for the next leader as the current one was ageing and his health declining. She was a great leader, and commanded people to get done what was needed to be done. Her sense of organisation was admirable. However on the night, 6 months ago when he finally passed on, it was not her that he chose whilst in his Deathbed. Instead he chose Daniella saying he had watched her from afar, and although her attitude did not make her seem like one that was capable of leading, there was always a strong underlying passion for life and loyalty to her goals. Afterwards there was a whirlwind of talk and controversy, resulting in her sister leaving and she has never been heard from since or if she has spilled any secrets of their clan The first few weeks of her leadership were rather shakey, but she has now settled into the swing of things and has a firm grasp on her reigns and has gained her people's respect.

Personality: He can be cocky, very smart. Just don't get on his bad side. He will go at it till it gets done.
History: He first joined the Brotherhood of Steel under the Command of Neo Pikachu. He left with good intensions and joined Vex and The Puppeteers and was made Prime Executive. Togather with the rest of the team they'll fight hard, to win the WAR.

Physical Description: He's about 6'5 and 200 lbs., with a well build and a good toned tan. He wears a black polo shirt with the collar up and with a white star emblem in the upper right hand corner of the shirt, and wears and grey undershirt. Right above the grey shirt hangs a black, leather choker. He has black hair with blonde highlights and it is lengthy and is downward spiked, which his bangs, that descend jaggidily and diagnolly from left to right, hang just a bit below his rainbow, hazel eyes. He wears dark, very faded and destroyed, AE style, flared jeans with a pair of black and white New Balance shoes. He has a black, studded belt with an Element buckle.

Personality: He extrememly witty and sarcastic and says what he feels, which is usually controversial. He's confident and obnoxious, which sometimes prevents him from making friends. But, he is a good person underneath and very trustworthy.

History: Growing up in Saffron with his mother, Sabrina, and his father, Morty, he saw nothing but peace and democracy and that's how he grew up. But when he was about 19, the tragedy struck and that's when chaos broke out and when he became a rebel. He joined up with C.i.B.ORG when he caught them stealing different parts and appliances. Using his telekinetic powers inherited from his mother, he helped C.i.B.ORG to steal and attach the parts to the Pokemon and helped assemble different machines. Deep down inside, he wants peace, but he's become so pessimistic that he can barely feel that part of his soul anymore. He uses his Psychic and Ghost type Pokemon to confuse, distort, and even blow away the enemy.

Other: As already noted, he does have telekinetic powers, but they are much more latent than his mother's. He can lift heavy things, but it stresses his brain out alot. Also, he isn't too bad with a staff.

Name: Tarses (original name: Tarses Steele, full adopted name: Tarses Burgman)

Age: 23

Gender: Male

Team: Leader of the Puppeteers

Physical Description: Five foot nine inches tall, and weighing one hundred and seventy-two pounds, Tarses is a bald, simple figure. He dresses in dull, casual clothes (unless one of his missions demands otherwise) and practical footwear. He seems to have a perpetual frown on his face, but not a severe one - as he has almost complete control of his own mouth (laughter, smiling etc.) this makes him look quite serene and peaceful at times.

Personality: Cold, calm and ruthless, Tarses is of the mindset that everyone save him and possibly his Prime Executive, Christian, is expendable if it works towards the cause of the Puppeteers. He's not particularly fond of people in general, preferring to be alone, but the drama training his adopted parents encouraged him to do helps him mask this when 'working'.
Tarses thinks that it's a lot easier to carry out your own vision yourself, and so tends to do as much field work as the rest of the Puppeteers. Only Christian is aware of his actual name - the rest of the group know him only as their leader, or occasionally 'the Master Puppeteer' if somebody is being particularly formal about him.

History: When he was nine, Tarses' parents were irresponsible to say the least. They took him on an abseiling trip in Hoenn, something they'd been wanting to do for some time, but it was there that both the young boy and his parents fell to, supposedly, their deaths. The bodies of his parents were found mangled on the rocks, but all that was found of Tarses was a shoe and some blood. It was near a wolves' cave, and the wolves had been known to attack humans in the past, and so it was assumed Tarses was dead.
The truth was that Tarses had fallen into a fast-flowing river, and was swept away by the current after taking a heavy knock to the ankle (hence the shoe and blood). This left his 5-year-old brother orphaned (he had been staying with their grandmother because he was too young), although Tarses was unaware of his parents' deaths.
He was found and adopted by the Burgman family of Pacifidlog, although he never fully appreciated them as he spent most of his childhood brooding, believing that he hadn't been found by his real parents because they didn't want to find him. He is still bitter to this day.
As soon as he was able he left the Burgmans and effectively disowned their family name, later setting up the Puppeteers. As Leader, he would be the eventual dictator.

Other: All characters in the Puppeteers have a tiny purple 'P' tattooed onto their left shoulder, which is encouraged to be concealed. This fact has NOT been disclosed to other teams.

Name: sk; he does not remember his real name. Explained later.

Age: 58 (this should be interesting?)

Gender: Male

Team: C.i.B.ORG

Physical Description: Despite his age, most of his body looks surprisingly young. This isn't that he is unusually healthy, it is simply that while adapting to the changing times, he has not let it make him lazy. His physical stature can best be described as average. At 5'11", he is not the tallest, nor is he the strongest; however, at 58 he is still stronger than many would be at 18. Unfortunately, he has not been able to completely preserve his youth. He often suffers from hypertension and stress, so his face shows a constant exhaustion. His eyes especially make him look very old. While for practical use, they provide perfect vision, their color is fading, and although his wrinkles are not numerous, they are visible. To create the illusion of youth, he wears dark sunglasses when in public. For his clothing, he wears professional but not flashy suits. Somehow, his clothing seems to always be clean, pressed, and well fitting.

Personality: He suffers from a certain type of psychosis in which he sees things that are not real. This is what has influenced his philosophy of realizing the impossibility of peace. Indeed, the world is already quite chaotic, but this is multiplied within his brain. However, he appears completely normal, except for his ideas which seem insane. His insanity makes him want to spread his ideas to the world, but he knows that patience is important. He is practical and will not let himself be blinded by his thoughts. He also has leadership capabilities, and while he wishes for the world to be "enlightened" (as it would be from his perspective), he does not wish to lead them. He can lead, but he has no desire to.

History: Although sk does not know it, C.i.B.ORG set him up. At the young age of 23, he had finished medical school and applied for his job at C.i.B.ORG, which then had a front as a blossoming medical corporation. Unlike many of his colleagues, he applied at a private corporation. This is because even at that age, he felt technology was the key to medical innovation. He did not do it for the money, he did it for his principles. Unfortunately, he had a major car accident as he was driving home from his job interview. Not a block from C.i.B.ORG's then humble headquarters, an 18-wheeler truck coming out of the building's gates ran him off of the road. When he woke up in the hospital, he could not remember anything. C.i.B.ORG had deliberately ran sk off of the road so as to eliminate any connection to his past. When he woke up, C.i.B.ORG got some expected and some unexpected results. There was the expected amnesia that would affect only history but not knowledge. However, sk's right eye was completely ripped out of its socket, so it had to be replaced with a mechanical eye (one that sk does not even know he has), and more importantly, sk was left with his psychosis. But it was no major problem. C.i.B.ORG could afford to have their doctors crazy, as long as they were independent of society. All of sk's records were erased, his license blurred, ripped, and burned except for his face and two letters of his name. Of course, C.i.B.ORG still knew the truth of sk's past, but nobody else knew. Although, the people who did set him up are aging. Of the original five directors who knew of the plan to recruit scientists, all but one have passed on. But their legacy has lasted. When he woke up, Sk didn't know anything, but he did remember his education. He knew about medical procedures both for pokemon and humans, and his previous philosophy of technological domination was made even stronger by his psychosis. So he grew up with the history that was fed to him by C.i.B.ORG, and for 35 years he worked. At first, he was not exposed to C.i.B.ORG's true nature. He simply worked for its front. He worked to conceptualize, design, manufacture, and experiment various medical products such as prosthetic parts, insulin pumps, pacemakers, cochlear implants, and the like. All the while, C.i.B.ORG grew, eventually expanding into various other companies which not only made the company wealthier, but benefited the ultimate goals. C.i.B.ORG soon became a military provider, a consumer electronics company, as well as maintaining the medical branch for pokemon and humans. It is now the foremost supplier of both hospitals and Pokemon Centers. After 5 years of "grunt work" (which was really just to make sure that sk did not remember anything), he was moved up. He was exposed to the company's more covert plans, and eventually moved up into the board of directors. He no longer simply works on the plans, he is the plan. He has designed C.i.B.ORG's most covert plans, including the recently leaked AUGMENT, and the black ops project TRILOBYTE.

Pokemon: Marowak, Medicham, Lairon, Houndoom

Other:
Lairon has been completely integrated with bionic parts, but it was also the first to be experimented on. Being made of steel, it was easiest to test, but the inevitable mistakes of the pioneers are reflected in Lairon. It is unable to evolve any further (although, this should not be necessary, seeing as how with augmented strength, it is much stronger than the average Aggron), and its bionic parts are far less sleek and effective as further generations.

After years of more research, Medicham was integrated with technology. This was a large jump from Lairon, as Medicham is almost half machine. It is not as noticably visible from the outside, but most of Medicham's major organs are bionic. If any damage is sustained to the living or mechanical tissue, it can be repaired easily. This is because Medicham has had its DNA reworked to allow not only synthesis of proteins, but also amalgams of metal. Within an hour, if enough metallic nutrients, such as zinc, iron, and magnesium, are consumed in Medicham's daily diet, any wound can be self-repaired with metallic alloys replacing organic compounds.

Marowak and Houndoom have yet to be augmented, although they are both slated for operation soon.

Name: Silver Smith

Age: 16

Gender: male

Team: D.A.R.K. (There aren't any of them yet o.o')

Physical Description: He's got blonde hair that's grown significantly in his past two years of Pokemon training with D.A.R.K, but he tries not to let it get too long. He's also got the nastiest cowlick in history. He's got cold, dark blue eyes, and usually wears jeans, torn at the knees, and a simple green T-shirt, as D.A.R.K. tries to remain secretive and this doesn't give anything away. His build is a bit thinner than it would be usually for a male-type humanoid of his age and he's a bit shorter than he should be, but at least he can run fast to make up for his lack of strength and size. His skin is quite pale, as being in the sun makes you tan and... well, the abbrviation doesn't spell out 'dark' for nothing.

Personality: All Silver wants is for the world to be peaceful again. He misses the happiness that used to reign, and all the fun that used to be able to be had. He likes to joke around and is doing his best to stay optimistic, but it's become increasingly difficult... but, at least he's always got his Pokemon there. They, particularly Pidgeot, always seem to be able to make things better in such a chaos-stricken world...

History: Silver grew up happily around Viridian City. His parents were there most of the time, he had his pet Pidgey as well, and overall, life was, well, good. But on that fateful day, everything took a turn for the worse... Ryan Elite, who seemed to be doing everything in his power to make the world a better place, was shot and killed. Somehow feeling it his duty to right the wrongs of the world, Silver's father left to become a real Pokemon trainer... but only a few days later, they were informed that he had passed on. No real reasons were given, but they were told it was a natural death, no one had killed him or anything. But Silver knows this isn't true... it can't be. Either someone killed him or he's still out there... somewhere... either way, Silver's mother couldn't handle this news and just ran away in hopes of escaping her problems and finding a better life. This left Silver alone with his no longer a pet but now a member of his Pokemon party, his Pidgeotto, which he continued to train with the other Pokemon he had recently captured. For a while, Silver toyed with the idea of joining The Brotherhood of Steel... they were peace-loving and seemed to be trying to mend the broken world in which they lived. However, D.A.R.K. seemed much more active in their attempts to restore the peace. He soon joined this seemingly-evil team, as he knew of their true intentions and would do anything to help achieve this goal...

Pokemon: Pidgeot, Gyarados, Houndour, Flygon, Sneasel

Other: Silver's much closer to his Pokemon, especially Pidgeot, than he is to any other humans. He caught most of the before joining the team, but once he did, he thought it would be best to have at least one dark type. He caught Sneasel, and soon after, Houndour, so they aren't quite as strong as the others.

Plus, in adition to trying to bring world peace with D.A.R.K, Silver's trying to uncover a bit more about his parents. They're out there somewhere, and he knows that...

Physical Description: Satou stands at 5 feet and 4 inches and weight 110 pounds. She's not a very good fighter and relies more on her Pokemon in battle than her own psychical attacks, something she's very ashamed of. Satou's hair reaches her shoulders and is a very dark brown with traces of strawberry blonde in it, which fits since she is a sterotype blonde in many ways. Her eyes are brown and dull and she's rather pale. Satou's favorite colors are black and pink, and it shows in her clothing. She weres a black shirt with a pink star on it, a black skirt with pink shorts underneath, and black boots and arm warmers. Her arm warmers have stars sewn on the wrists and her boots are laced with pink. Satou also has a black cat ears headband and black cat's tail sewn onto her skirt. Don't question them, the logic behind it all seriously makes no sense and is enough to give you a headach.She's also got a pink ribbon around her neck with a silver bell on it. Another thing you shouldn't dare to question.
On her back, Satou has a pink strawberry bookbag. She keeps most items in here and her Pokeballs.
Personality: Satou is a ditzy, klutzy idiot. She's extremely naive and carefree, almsot innoucent, and loves anything cute and cuddly (Yes, she's one of the people who walks up to cute little babies at the mall and comments on how adoreable they are x-x'). She adds "nya" to the end of most of her sentences (don't question it x-x"). Satou is also a very psoitive and trusting person. She doesn't hold grudges and tries making friends with whoever she can, believing everyone has goodness in their hearts somewhere. Her positive attitude is almost a fault in her character, since she gets herself into trouble by always thinking the best of people. Sarcastic people are Satou's weakness, since she believes anything she's told. She's also the type to put her friends before herself, another downfall since she often doesn't realize when she's in trouble, or does and just doesn't care. Though this might seem like a good thing for her friends, satou is overly protective of those she trusts and hands out nicknames to everyone she meets, not to mention she can be "clingy".
Overall, Satou's rather annoying to be around. Befriend her at your own risk.
History: Satou's history is nothing special. She's got no tragic past, no sob story, no emotional blows in her life.

And if she has ever had sadness in her life, she chooses to ignore it and move on anyways.

about 156 pounds. Black shades and has a bronze cape on his back. He wields a sword that weighs about 50 pounds. He waers no glasses because they make him look like a nerd. His skin color is rather peachish. He can actually back up his talk

Personality: More of an aggressive person. He would rather fight than talk trash. Very serene and secluded though. Just tries to gain peace in each town he visits and almost never gets defeated. He loves to travel alone and never depends on others.

History:He has a very sad history- His parents were killed in a gang crossfire 6 days after he was born. An old citizen took him into his home and treated him as if he was his child. He allowed Mark to begin his journey when he was 14 years old. Which is when he caught his first pokemon-Skarmory. And the story pretty much goes on from there.

Physical Description: He always wears dark green clothing under a black cloak his late father gave to him on his fourteenth B-day. He has black, spiky hair, which, on one side, spikes down and covers the entire right side of his face. His one good eye, his left, is Emerald, like the Dragonite pendant he wears around his neck. His right eye was blinded in an experiment his mother was conducting that cost her her life, trying to save his. He has a variey of expressions, mostly calm, happy, or pissed off.

Personality: He has had a bleak outlook on life ever since his dad left on a mission for the FBI that cost him his life, but he gets on. He is very easily pissed off, and if he is questioned about his serious actions, he will go off, if you know what I mean. The only person he gets along with, even if this person questions any of his actions is his leader, Neo. He's always calm around Neo, and really gets along, since Neo has actually tried to help him to cope with his past. He will lay his life on the line, and will not stop fighting for the best cause until he is dead and cold.

History: He was born into an awfully rich and kind family, mainly due to the fact that his dad as with the FBI and his mother was a famous scientist who made many breakthroughs in the field of chemical and medical science. He grew up with the best education he could get, as his parents wanted him to have a successfull career he likes.
But one day, Dart's life started going downhill. His dad left on a covert mission for the FBI to protect Ryan Elite in Mossdeep's Benton Park; a mission that proved to be fatal. He was standing directly behind the President of The United World Order when the Pres was shot in the heart. The bullet continued through his body int the head of Dart's father, killing him instantly.
Dart could hardly live with that fact, but tried to get on with life as it was with his mother. However, a while later, he was conducting an experiment with his mother on diferent DNA's of pokemon when an electric charge was sent through the DNA samples, causing a huge explosion for some odd reason. His mother threw Dart down and protected him, sacrificing her life for his. Dart was found a day later by a tour group; They discovered he was alive, with nothing more than a destroyed right eyeball; at least he had his life, right? Dart didn't have the same optimism as the tour group. After losing his mother too, he wanted it all to end.
He was about ready to commit suicide in the hospital when he saw that six teams had formed to stop the madness. He was especially interested in Team C.I.B.ORG and The B.O.S. When he was denied his passage into C.I.B.ORG, He went to the B.O.S. and is in there to this day, working to unite the world under one peaceful order
