Re: questions
latias/latios cause they run away and you could train in the leauge or use trainers eyes to battle tough trainers

Re: questions
Rayquaza, cuz Latis stay weakened if u weaken them, and you can use arena trap or mean look 4 latis.
and use trainers, there are no tough training spots in RSE.

Re: questions
Regarding the Lati's I think you must use the Masterball, but if you don't want to spare it use an attack (forgot what it's called) to hold them or make them still, in other words, they can't escape.

Which ever legendary you'd like to use in future because in order to get one with good IVs, you need to capture it and check its IVs time & again, ergo, you'll need a master ball for that, you could do that with an Ultra ball or any other ball but it could take ages, that would be my suggestion.

Re: questions
If you're playing Ruby/Sapphire, I don't think Masterball could be that useful, I used Ultra Balls to capture all the legendaries, lol.
But for Emerald however, I used it to Capture Rayquaza. It was like a demon with no rest at all ><

Re: questions
I personally used mine on Rayquaza in emerald. But that was a huge mistake- Ive run into latios about 4 times and couldnt do anything about it! I would save it for the latis, and then use ultra balls on Rayquaza and the others because they wont run.
I hate it when they run.

Re: questions
I used my masterball on Rayquaza, mainly because I didn't know I had anything else to use it on.
Try fighting the E4 over and over again, it usually helps unless you have like lv 80+ Pokemon, since it takes a long time to level up.
