Well, there are lots of trainers around Pacificlog town, near the Sky Pillar. You have the VS seeker, right? But honestly, how did you beat the Elite four with those pokemon?! I used Rayquaza.

vs seeker is only on FR/LG, sorry.
and another way is... if its the second time through, go to sky pillar, the pokemon there are extremely tough. but if its your first, then just keep throwing yourself at the E-4, thats what i did and i got my kyogre high enough to take a lv. 81 charizard with one hit. otherwise just hang in there mate.

You should get one of your stronger pokes out of your pc, cause you can't of done the E4 with those, and use an exp share and go through the E4

I beat the elite four very easily as a matter of fact..

I took out Sidney and Glacia With Hariyama, Double teamed Drake with my Sealeo and Kyogre, and Destroyed Pheobe withmy Absol, and all I had to do with Steven was Hydro pump his first five with Kyogre and Destroy his armaldo with surf...

Dude that Elite four are the easiest trainers to beat if you have type advantage..

And you can get Rayquzza before the Elite four????? Can you get him before Kyogre???

A few questions:

Which version is this, Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald?

If Emerald, then I think (I could be wrong) yes, you can get Rayquaza before the Elite 4, but seeing as you've already beaten them... Also, again if Emerald, I don't think that it matters in which order you get the 3.

Also, are you looking for EV training spots, or just experience in general?

In any case, since you can beat the Elite 4 with ease, why not continue doing so? Since I don't think there's really a more efficient way to get experience, since they are rather high leveled, plus you get cash in the bargain.

A Wailord, you say? According to Smogon, which I trust as being accurate, its base defense stat is 45, which is horrible. Compare this to Sceptile's 65, Hariyama's 60, and Aggron's 180. It does have enormous HP, though slightly higher than Snorlax, but its special defense is also at a 45. If you want to catch Rayquaza ASAP... Well, leveling up might be a good start, so too bad for "ASAP". X.x
