Okay, I am going to be hosting my first tournament. This tourney is for double's only, no single battles allowed. You can battle on shoddy or wi-fi.
And remember! Maintain a good attitude. If you get haxed, oh well. That's just pokemon. No need to get mad! Just have fun! And don't badmouth your opponent if you win. No calling them a noob, and stuff like that, or I will disqualify you.

Da Rules (Wi-Fi):

~Level 100 Double Battle
~OU, BL, and UU are allowed
~6 vs 6
~Hax Item Clause- (The following items are banned: Bright Powder, Focus Band, King's Rock, Lax Incense, Lucky Punch, Quick Claw, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, Scope Lens, and Stick)
~No hacked stats, EV's, IV's, or movesets.
~No pokemon in the Uber Tier (The following pokemon are banned: Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys (this includes Deoxys Speed forme), Dialga, Garchomp, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-Oh, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Kyogre, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Wobbuffet
~Sleep Clause (You cannot put more than one of the opponent's pokemon to sleep at any given time in the match)
~Evasion Clause (moves such as double team and minimize are banned)
~Species Clause (No more than one of any kind of pokemon on your team. (Like no having two Blisseys))
~Self KO clause (if the match is going to be 1-0, then you cannot use a move such as Destiny Bond or Explosion that KO's yourself as well.)
~OHKO Clause (Moves such as Fissure or Horn Drill are banned)

On the topic of Disnconnecting:
If a communication error occurs while battling on wi-fi, and the score is even (2-3, 3-2), then you will need to have a rematch.. If the score is something like 4-1, or 5-2, and you are up significantly, it will count as your win. But, if you suspect the opponent has intentionally disconnected, then it counts as your win. Both people must tell their side of the story though upon a D/C.
You can usually tell if the opponent has turned off their game and D/C'd if you can immediately get back to the pokecenter, and the wifi light does not flash for about 5 seconds first.
