But then again, if it comes down to 1v1, it's really anybody's game, you just got the short end of the stick this time. It was like that one time, I was up 2-1 in a battle, and in order to win, my blissey must survive 1 turn (softboiling, slower). But Blastoise used EQ... and CH'd ftw. Or that time that freaking Azam had 1HP against me when I lost :o

Attack damage is randomized to an extent, could do anywhere between 85-100% of the calculated damage, iirc (it's the randomization factor)

Yea, there's a random number that it chooses beween 75 and 100. In the URPG to make it fair we just use 92.5. So sometimes it does more damage then others, as you see.
