No. Shuckle is already s h i t. It has great defenses, and total s h i t for HP. So it kidna sucks.

Because if the oponent doesn't have a phazer, then they can't do anything to it... ...I myself never really had a problem with DT, but enough others did to get it banned... ...also always max out Shuckles HP, as it is the secound lowest in the game, after Shedinja, who as we all no has a maximum of 1 HP (so in other words, due to it's horrible HP it can't take any hits at all).

Overall, just don't use shuckle, for its HP is way to low for it to actually take hits, despite its amazing defences. Also its speed, attack, and special attack are the lowest in the game, meaning you could make it jolly and max out its speed and it still wouldn't be outrunning much (a curselax maybe)...

That's unfortunate. I thought Shuckle would be the perfect Pokemon for my ultimate evil moveset (and he is unbeaten in-game), but I guess I'll have to keep trying.

His HP sucks, but very few Pokemon can damage him enough to knock him out. I've had nothing but success with him in the Battle Frontier.

Maybe I'll make a Shuckle with Swagger, Toxic, Substitute and Attract.

Actually, Nemesis, a Phazer still can't counter Double Team because it'll most likely keep missing andthe Double Teamer may kill your Phazer while you try to do it. Not even Haze counters it 100%, since the most used (and best) Hazer is Weezing which is slow, so if the Double Teamer carries Taunt, you won't be able to Haze it.
Like I usually say it takes luck to both USE and COUNTER Double Team. That's why it is banned.

don't use shuckle. use umbreon. the damage from a aerial ace'd salamence with no cb or dd to a standard umbreon and shuckle with no defense boosts.

umbreon:
Minimum: 19%
Average: 21%
Maximum: 22%

Shuckle:
Minimum: 21%
Average: 23%
Maximum: 25%

none should attack but atleast umbreon can do stuff other then annoy. ie mean look, taunt, wish, baton pass. and atleast it has speed

And by that same token, the CB AA does no damage to Magneton, so maybe Magneton > Umbreon ¬¬

but seriously, shuckle is like the worst poke ever. all it can do it annoy. it can't even baton pass or anything. but if you must use it, use wrap/toxic/rest/encore

In GSC Shuckle could sweep =) Of course, the opponent can't have SE moves and whatnot left, can't be able to haze you, nor pseudohaze you (which means shuckle is your last poke, chances are)
