I'd say if you ever get the chance to run into to Ho-oh, use it on him. It will take a while to get him but having a Master Ball will make the time worth it.

Ho-oh will not be cought it will simply appear in your PC when you beat battle mountain with single and double battles.

OUt of the 57 Ultra Balls left, explain how I caught Tyranitar after using 8 Ultras and I paralyzed it and took its HP down. 2/3 balls I tossed rocked 3 times and nearly locked it!
Maybe its for say Shuckle if you got to battle in Deep Colosseum after getting the UFO disk D or something, or Togetic when you battle yourself because if you got to use 6 high leveled Pokemon, you got to face the Shadow and not kill it.
