I feel the sarcasim in that scentance poli is a list of bad words and phrases and I am glad he is banned so he can away from this clan lmmsi and everyone on the site.

In addition I think I will be retireing to team building for a while scince practicing on smogon takes up a lot of time.

No, I don't think any real offensive move can save Aggron. I think with the prevelency of fighting moves and EQ that Aggron doesn't stand a chance with his typing. Expecially with Earth Power and Focus blast, he can be destroyed by hitting him with a quad weakness on his weaker defense.

but it is nice to rember aggron pairs well with many ou pokemon and dose have a few useful resistances

Yes, personally I just hate the rock/steel typing though. I feel that it is probably the worst typing I can think of, Torterra's Ground/Grass typing coming in a close second.

grass/ground is not that bad the next worst typing to rock/steel is flying grass id say at least grass ground is resistant to stealth rock and imune to electric attacks.

Well the ground typing takes away its resistance to water and double's its weakness to ice. Flying takes away its weakness to bug at least.

fire 2x

ice 4x
dragon 1x
electric 1x
dark 1x
ground 0x
flying 2x
normal 1x
ghost x1
posion x2

ill finnish this when i get time with what i call the formula of performance.

EDIT:

now for the point system we take the 5 most common attacking type wich we will say is water, ground, ice, electric, fire
1point resitance
2ponits x4 resistance
3 points immunity
0 neutral
-1 effective damage
-2 4x effective damage
-3 6x effective damage
-2 sr weakness
-4 sr x4 weakness
2 resistance
4 x4 ressistance

ground/gass 0+1-3+3-1+1 =1+1
ground flying= 1+3-3+0-1 =0-2
grass ground
