The XD stands for "Xtra Dimension." The Japanese title was referred to as Pokemon XD: Dark Winds Dark Lugia, however, the official English title is Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness is for the Nintendo GameCube.
