The Battle Sim System allows players to learn more in depth strategy through virtual Pokemon battling in various situations. During the course of your adventure, you can get Battle CDs which can be used at the Battle Sim System counter. When you give the receptionist the Battle CD, you are allowed to try the virtual battle on the Battle CD. The Pokemon will be provided to you and you have to clear certain conditions to win the battle (for example, defeat the opponent in two turns). This will improve your strategy, as you have to factor in the types of the Pokemon, the moves of the Pokemon, and other battling strategies. If you manage to win, you'll be given a prize. If you lose, advice will be provided to you so that you know what you need to improve on. By playing the Battle Sim System, players can learn more about battle and improve their skills.

 

Battle Bingo

Battle Bingo uses a bingo card with 16 panels on each card. Your Pokemon will be provided by the bingo card. When you flip a panel on the bingo card, a Pokemon will appear. You will then need to choose whether you want to "Battle" or "Catch" the Pokemon on the panel. Whether you battle the Pokemon and defeat it, the panel will be flipped over. If you decide to catch the Pokemon, the panel is also flipped over, and you get to use that Pokemon for the rest of the Battle Bingo card. The number of times you can battle and catch a Pokemon are limited on each card, so making your decisions on which to battle and which to catch will be crucial to the outcome. You get Bingo when you flip over four panels in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally). You will be given Poke Coupons for your efforts. The number of Poke Coupons you will get depends on the number of Bingos you get by the end of the game.
