I have one of these classical Pokédexes, I used to love mucking around with it, looking up all the stats and information on my Pokémon figures. (:

The classic PokeDex by Tiger Electronics was released back in 1998 and features descriptions, moves, stats and charming animations for each of the 150 original Pokemon. You can also make lists of your favourite Pokemon for easy reference. This item is modelled on Ash’s original Kanto PokeDex.

Mine would DEFINITELY be my Typhlosion plush! I took it to California with me, and I take it everywhere else I go that’s far away!

This Typhlosion plush was made by Banpresto in 2010 to celebrate the release of HeartGold and SoulSilver. It also happens to be the only official Typhlosion plush in existence. Meganium and Feraligatr plush were also made in a similar style.

Jakks Pacific Inc. is an American toy company which currently owns the license to produce Pokemon toys and merchandise outside Japan. The company picked up the license in 2006, and since then have created a range of figures and plush, which have been distributed both across America and internationally.

Recently, many announced sets of Jakks Pokemon plush and figures were not released and no new products were making it to store shelves. When contacted by a fan, a representative of Jakks Pacific confirmed that they will be dropping the Pokemon license at the end of the year to focus on other products. In the past, Jakks Pacific has copped criticism from fans about the quality of their Pokemon toys, habit of picking obscure Pokemon to create merchandise for and poor distribution of products. The license will now be open for another company to pick up.

Other brands currently licensed to Jakks Pacific include Care Bears, SpongeBob SquarePants, Winx Club, Club Penguin, Hannah Montana, Phineas & Ferb and Cabbage Patch Kids.

Thank you for contacting Consumer Relations,

I regret to inform you that this will be our last year manufacturing the Pokémon line. Starting in 2013 our company will no longer product any Pokémon items. Whatever items are currently out in stores will be the last of the products produced by our company. I apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction this may have caused. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.

Thank you,
