30,000 a year. In cents xD
No but really, I get payed about 30,000 or 40,000 a year. My job is tedious and boring to do, but you have a major sense of accomplishment at the end. (I am 18, just had one year of college. NAH! jk. I actually get payed about 200-400 a month.)

Last offer I got was working for $26 dollars an hour.
Only reason why I'm not working now is I have MBA classes and I'm still completing volunteer work hours for said MBA, which is one of the requirements. But I'm still looking anyway.

$26/h isn't half bad for these economic times. I'm sure you'll be able to do better with an MBA for sure.

$60,000 annual salary. That comes out to be about $28/hour.
And then there's this other thing... http://img853.imageshack.us/img853/9113/xd2.gif

I'm not payed hourly. I'm a transcriber, so I get paid for every minute I transcribe, which works out to be about 80 cents per minute or almost fifty dollars per video hour. I get random assignments; sometimes, it will be twenty minutes, sometimes ten, sometimes ninety. But mind you, transcribing all of it takes time. For every five minutes, it takes me at least twenty to transcribe it, depending on how fast they speak, if I have to stop and look up the name they'r trying to say so I don't spell things incorrectly, etc. It's decent. I like it, though.

At first, I thought this said "How much do you get played?" As a result, I was extraordinarily delighted.
Either way, I earn minimum wage, but it's whatever; I'm still in high school.

I don't have a job but I do get to work with my dad a couple of times a month. I usually make $9-$10 an hour. It's pretty good I just don't get to work that often because of school and all.

Cool jobs guys, me i sell cars, i work at Vauxhall.
But what is different from bieng a car sales man is that you get paid a percentage of the price of the car you sold and you also get paid in advanced, well atleast i do.
First day of summer was great the place was packed with tight wallets so it was my chance to persuade them.
In the end i sold 4 vehicles that day and they cost from a range of £4,900 to £8,900.
So at the end of that day i got £890 and at the end of the month i made altogether around £2,500 which i geuss is not bad for a college student.

I teach guitar lessons at $15/lesson. Right now I've got two students doing one lesson per week, but I traded half of my pay in August for a hand-made cloak. Speaking of which, anyone on pe2k want guitar lessons (I'm in SoCal)? PM me. We'll talk.
The end.

I currently work as an assistant manager for a Verizon Wireless retailer. I make $8.50 an hour and 5% commission, so my income varies on the amount of sales I do. I also am a freelance photographer in my free time, but business is currently random.

Indeed. This fall I may be taking over as store manager, but my weekends are still free to do photography. My boss doesn't mind.

Around $16.50 an hour. Dry cleaning blows, but the pay isn't too bad. Something has to get me through Uni. xD

Dayum, kid. At my old job, I would get fired if I was caught doing a side job.

I can't see why an employer should stop anyone from having a second, or even a third job, if the person wanted to. They'd have no reason to do so.
Here, we can have as many as you can handle. xD As long as the person can get by.

They do it to make sure you are totally focused at the tasks they give you, and to ensure you are not working for any competition. It is smart, and I understand it, no matter how lucrative or unfortunate it may be.

That's silly. If you're not focused on your job in the first place, why are you there? They'll probably just give it to someone else. If the person is committed and wants to work more than one job at a time, they should have no problem focusing on both.
Though I guess if it's for a rival company, I can understand that. Just don't tell the employer? xD

The person may or may not be distracted by multiple jobs. And that, Gemma, is the mentality of business. If you cannot focus on the job I am employing you for, why are you here in the first place?
I apologize for the lack of emoticons, but I am in a cold and analytic mood.

Geez, Mike, simmer down. xD True, true. I guess it all depends on the person.
Haha, I noticed.

When I am in this mood, do not picture me as angry, just picture me as totally cool and sipping on a root beer.

$11.53 an hour as a trainee computer tech. It pays the rent (which is considerably cheap when you live with your parents :P).
I also do photography for dance concerts for the school my sister teaches at. That generally nets me some good money.
Photography - even if you're terrible at it, there's always someone that will buy it*. :P
*My photos are actually alright, and I certainly don't overcharge.
